Edible Cookie Dough

Why edible cookie dough over the real stuff?

Everyone loves the taste of cookie dough and stealing some out of the bowl. But they always warn you about salmonella and how it can make you sick. So for a true edible cookie dough, you just omit adding the egg to the mixture. It is perfect for filling cakes and cupcakes, or just plain eating while binging your favorite show on Netflix. So get out the whisk or hand mixer and lets make this easy and delicious snack!

Ready in 10 minutes!

The beauty of this recipe is that it takes no more than 10 minutes from measuring the ingredients to enjoying some cookie dough, worry-free. You can easily double the recipe if you are looking to serve at a gathering or for a larger family (It yields about 2 cups of dough).

I recommend that you measure all the ingredients out before making since it easily becomes a dump recipe. But if you do not like making dishes, then you are free to measure as you go.
